My daughter's iPad is backing up to my iCloud, which is how we set it up originally. Now she has her own iPhone with her own iCloud. How can I get her iPad to back up to her own iCloud?

I suppose ya. If she deletes my account from her iPad it won't affect my account, right?

Yes, that's correct, it won't affect your account or your devices in any way.

Use the delete account button in the iCloud settings.

Then enter her iCloud details in the new screen that appears and log in. She should then be returned to the screen above but with her Apple ID at the top, enable the services she wishes to use and then tap the storage & backup option and ensure that iCloud backup is turned on.
