Titles Not Showing on Export

I completed a video in FCPX consisting of children singing in a recital. I put titles giving the name of the child singing and what they were singing above the timeline at the beginning of each performance. When I went to the Share Menu and exported the video to my external HD from FCPX in H264 compression the video came over perfectly but not the titles. Any help would be appreciated.
