there is no com.apple.network.identification.plist in my /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/

i have tried to fix my wireless network problem after each sleep, and found some solutions about deleting these 4 files from /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ :

com.apple.airport.preferences.plist

com.apple.network.identification.plist

NetworkInterfaces.plist

preferences.plist

but the interesting point for me is "in my mac os x 10.8.3 i don't have com.apple.network.identification.plist in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/"

is it normal ???

although my problem with network is persist, but it's not as bad as before and i can manage it after switch WI-FI off and on and at least it could find my network + neighbors.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
