Which browser is best for macbook pro.

I have used Safari for a couple of years but have been told recently that I would be better switching to Chrome

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

The best browser for you depends on your specific needs; as you can install multiple browsers without them interfering with each other, download Firefox, Chrome, and any others you'd like to try out, and pick the one which works best for you.

You can install any (or all of):

Chrome

Firefox

Seamonkey

Camino

There are others but they are not as popular

I have three on my macbook retina including safari, firefox and chrome.

I too used safari from the start but went to chrome after the last update of safari messed up text.

As others have suggested, try them out. We have an amazing assortment for free.
