Q: my ipad has froze with the message iCloud Backup This ipad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks etc. nothing happens when i connect it to itunes on my laptop etc. totally froze up

My ipad is froze with the message iCloud Backup This ipad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks etc. I have connected it to iTunes on my laptop but still froze...suggestions?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities

Hold Sleep and Home buttons for 10 seconds until the device restarts, so you will be able to use it again
