how to STOP messages from @appstore

I have an iPhone 4S

iOS version 6.1.3

how do I put a stop to the numerous messages I get every day from @AppStore advertising their apps.

Are they forcing the target for their 50 billionith app dowload.

Can't they take this annoying activity elsewhere, maybe a TV commercial !

How can I stop all these unwanted messages. SPAM I say.

If its @appstore, then its probably coming from Facebook

Hi James Ward4, as dilbert41 pointed out, the messages are text messages sent to the standard Messages app

what country you in? In some countries you can report spam to government agencies

if you google @appstore you will see that it is a twitter account belonging to Apple
