Is they any other way i can still down load games / apps for the Iphone 3G?
keeps saying:- incompatible with this iPhone...
it wont let me install Candy Crush Saga or even someting like Angry Birds. I have one upset little boy!!!
can anyone advice me?

Please do not contribute to electronic waste and discard a device that works perfectly fine. There are hundreds of thousands of apps for iOS 4.2.1. Apple does not make it easy to find them, for obvious reasons. A Google search for
"angry birds" "requires iOS" -4.3 -5.0 -5.1 -6.0 -6.1 -"5 or later" site:itunes.apple.com/us/
will give your son a choice of over 2,000 angry birds apps.
Upgrade iPhone to at least 3GS
No. The only place to get apps is the Apps Store. There are still apps in there which will run on a 3G, but they will not be easy to find. I'm afraid you need more up to date hardware.

I have upgraded my phone but my little one now as my iPhone 3G but i does not have any games on it and i wanted to install some on it for him.

Buy one.
There is no software upgrade that will turn a 3G into a 3GS.
Either you enjoy the Upgrade or let the little one enjoy it with newest apps.
Choice is yours.
