Jul 12, 2016 2:45 PM in response to Fireman701by jmo8801,I have been having this same issue. After an hour on the phone with Apple Support, it was a simple fix. My payment information was outdated and the card on file was no longer active. I simply changed my billing information with the iTunes support center. Not sure if this is everyone else's issue but it's worth a try. Save yourself time and go right to the iTunes billing/support department. Good luck!

Jul 27, 2016 8:18 AM in response to Fireman701by brandydawn86,sometimes is has to do with iTunes and the billing. I would call apple support and ask to speak to iTunes. i know in a lot of cases its about iTunes billing why your apple id has been disabled
