I created a New Collection. Then I added Items into the Collection and Saved them. When I go back to the 'Collections' dashboard the Number of Items show up as 0. When I try to Publish it tells me I must add items to the new Collection. So around and around we go. Any ideas what I'm missing or doing wrong?

Not sure if this helps, but it recently worked for me this way: First add a New Collection using the + button, then select "Apple Hosted Feed" and hit "add". When Feed Editor comes up, fill out that page about "Channel" information, then go to "Items" and then "Upload New Items." You can "Choose file" and then save. I think that was they way I recently did it...
I am experiencing the same exact problem. I recently added 4 items to a collection, but it is still saying 0 items in the collections dashboard. I cannot publish either.
