Cannot delete Email on iPad,Pushed through Profile Manager.

We are pushing email accounts through our profile manager to different users.

If we want to delete email account we pushed through profile manager,we can do it on profile manager but it will never get deleted on iPad once added.
iPad will still keep the email account even though it has not being pushed to them any more.

Any idea please?
