how do I turn my mobile hotspot on. I just purchased a new iphone 5 and need to use my iphone as a hotspot to get online with my ipad. I don't see where the network settings to use my phone as an internet access point. Could someone please give me step by step instructions. I appreciate your time. Thank you. I am setting in a KOA traveling and access to the internet through my iphone would be so nice.

A mobile hotspot needs to be configured through your carrier. Have you asked them to add it to your phone plan?
Whether you have a setting for Personal Hotspot or not is controlled by your carrier. Personal Hotspot must be supported by your carrier & provisioned on your account. So, contact your carrier & see if they support Personal Hotspot, & if they do, make sure it is properly provisioned on your account.
