Q: unable to join network HELP!

wifi is recognised but still not allowing to pair up with wifi has tried hard & soft restart still wifi doesnt pair or allow it says "unable to join the network" with all wifi

iPhone 4, Windows 7

Have you tried resetting network settings? Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. The phone will reboot and hopefully you'll be able to connect to wifi again.

Thanks it worked after a complete reset of the entire phone but it worked...thanks a bunch!
