I ordered QuickTime Pro for Windows. I was sent an email with a download link. The version that I received was for Mac OS.
I ordered QuickTime Pro for Windows. I was sent an email with a download link. The version that I received was for MacOS. Apple support has given me the run-around on the phone and by email, in sending me a proper link to a PC download version.One support person even had the nerve to suggest I purchase it again. I am out $30. How should I pursue this?
