I accidentally deleted my grocery list, and can't remember what was on it! Help!

Go look in your fridge. See whats missing. That was probably what was on the list. Nooch!

I thought this was a place to get help. If I wanted a smart-*** answer, I would have asked the hipster at the apple store. Thanks for nothing.

Was the grocery list in the Reminders app? Did you just mark it as completed, or did you actually delete the entire list?

To be honest, I have no idea what I did. I looked up from my list to pick something, and when I looked back down it was gone. But it wasn't a reminder is was a list in Notes. I've heard there is a way to access the deleted files on an iPhone like on a computer, but I can't figure it out.

Okay, so it was a note. Do you sync your notes to a supported application on the computer? Do you sync the phone wirelessly? Was the note on the phone the last time you backed up the phone? And, when was the last time you backed up the phone?

The note was not on the phone the lat time I backed it up. I don't know the answer to the other two questions, if I back up to an app or wirelessly. It's been a couple of weeks since I last plugged my phone into my computer to sync, and that's the only way I know how to do it.

If the note was not on the phone the last time you backed up and the only way you sync is via computer, then it is gone.
