You cannot put Android apps onto an iPhone, all apps for iPhone must come from the iTunes App Store.

If you're and Android user, chances are that your contacts are loaded onto your GMail account. If that's the case, all you need to do is link your iPhone to your GMail account:

This just takes care of GMail contacts, if you want GMail calendar and GMail email then set up your GMail account on the iPhone under Settings/ Mail, Contacts, and Calendar, or get the GMail app for email only.

First, make sure you've set up your e-mail account on your new iPhone. Then, back on your computer, send yourself an e-mail with the VCF file as an attachment. Open that e-mail on your iPhone and tap the attachment, located at the bottom of the message. At the top, tap "Add all contacts." Your contacts will be saved to your iPhone.
