From the More Like This section on the right.
You cannot put Android apps onto an iPhone, all apps for iPhone must come from the iTunes App Store.
If you're and Android user, chances are that your contacts are loaded onto your GMail account. If that's the case, all you need to do is link your iPhone to your GMail account:

This just takes care of GMail contacts, if you want GMail calendar and GMail email then set up your GMail account on the iPhone under Settings/ Mail, Contacts, and Calendar, or get the GMail app for email only.
You can use iCloud.
First, export your contacts to cvs format (You can edit it in Excel.) from gmail or other app.
Second, import contacts from iCoud.
Third, syn your iPhone to iCould. Done.
Hope it helps.
Or, simply add your Google account to your iOS device and leave your contacts at Google. In the 6 months since this thread was started, iOS 7 now includes Google contacts as part of your GMail account setup.

First, make sure you've set up your e-mail account on your new iPhone. Then, back on your computer, send yourself an e-mail with the VCF file as an attachment. Open that e-mail on your iPhone and tap the attachment, located at the bottom of the message. At the top, tap "Add all contacts." Your contacts will be saved to your iPhone.
