Can I delete all my songs from the iTunes Match Cloud without having to turn on iTunes Match? Turning on iTunes Match just changes all my genres to the iTunes default?

Hello. I see th eonly way to delet songs form iTunes match is to actually enable it. I see the songs on Apple TV, and they got their from making purchases. Can I delete all my songs from the iTunes Match Cloud without having to turn on iTunes Match? Turning on iTunes Match on my PC in iTunes just changes all my genres to the iTunes default? Example: iTunes: Christian & Gospel / my genere: Christian Rock
