Q: The printer is not connected
When I try to print the print queue says Printing - Unable to find printer. How do I get the printer to be recognized. Everything is connected properly and the printer has been added correctly in system preferences.
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

If you cannot ping the MF then it makes sense that the Canon UFRII Print Utility cannot obtain any information.
So I still need to see what is set in System Information (located in Applications > Utilities). Can you get me this information please.
Can you also tell me the IP address, subnet mask and gateway (router) address set in the MF and the Mac.
