I can't watch a purchased tv show
Hi, I purchased and downloaded a tv show but it will not play. I get 20 seconds of preview. I used hd, could that be the problem?

Where are you trying to play the TV programme, in the iTunes store app or in the Videos app ? The programme should have downloaded into the Videos app
