My iPhone can't connect to cellular data network

My iPhone can't connect to the cellular data network because my iPhone can't subscribe the cellular data network. 😕 I can't connect to the internet. If my iPhone works with Globe Telecom-PH network, my iPhone is unlocked. If my iPhone is not connected to the internet, what should I do?
