I just bought a new iphone 5 should i set it up as a new phone or restore from old?

I just purchased an iphone 5 and just hooked up to my mac. Should i set it as a new phone or restore from my last back up? If I set up as a new phone, will I lose all of my old information?

IF you set it up as new it will not have you rold information. If you want your old info then restore from your backup
