How do I rename a Quick Time movie file?

I have duplicated the file and now I want to save it with a different name prior to uploading to You Tube. Can you help?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Select it in the Finder, press Enter, and type a new name.

My quicktime audio files save as "Untitled X" with x being a number.

But they don't show in a Finder search and there is no rename selection in the Quicktime menus or any way of kicking on the open audio file to rename it.
