How do I add something into my launchpad?

MacBook (13-inch Aluminum Late 2008), iOS 6.1.4

Welcome to Apple Support Communities

First, you can only add apps to the Launchpad. To do it, just drag the app icon to the Launchpad icon on Dock, so the app will be added to Launchpad
