I have the iphone 4s and my screen cracked and can not get into to use my phone. i got my new one and i am tryng to get my contacts and photos to my new phone and they will not sync over. i did not have it backed up on icloud. is there sonmething i am doing wrong or am i out of luck? my apps however did sync over so i am a lil confused. any help would greatly be appreciated
