iPhone 5 Model: A1428 vs A1429
Can somebody tell me the differences? at all which is the better one!

Depends on where you live & intend to use the phone. There are actually two models of the A1429 phone, one is CDMA...US/Japan/Puerto Rico, and the other is GSM for Europe. A1428 is GSM for North America.
