Import mail to Ms Outlook

Considering that you are probably switching from MAC mail to outlook in Windows, apple mail exports in mbox format which isn't supported by outlook in windows. outlook in windows does import PST files, however. for this you need to covert your mbox files to pst. manually doing is not possible.

Moving messages via IMAP or Exchange is often the best way. Sometimes when exporting not all data is exported correctly and could be missing attachments.

Don't move too many messages at one time. You don't want to over load the server.
