How can I completely uninstall Sims 3 from my MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.3?

As you can probably tell from the question right above, I would like to completely uninstall the Sims 3 (and all the Sims 3 expansion packs) from my MacBook Pro. Sims 3 however, is not like every other application on a MacBook as it cannot be completely uninstalled by dragging its icon into the trash can. Please do not send me links of other websites explaining how to accomplish this since I have visited pretty much every single one of them but none has been prooven helpful. Please answer as soon as possible! Thank you in advance for your response!
