I'm having a problem with my camera on iphone 5

Hi.. Im having a problem with my camera on iphone 5.. i had it on version 6.1.3.. i thought it was a bug.. but still have it on 6.1.4 😟
Please help me.. I live in Mauritius, i bought the iphone 5 in dubai in a shop who got it from US!
Its still under apple coverage.. sometimes the camera works perfectly.. but sometimes this happen! See image below!
Help me how to get it fix.. or how can i get it repaired.. i live in mauritius!

Standard troubleshooting...


Try a Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider. Slide to power off. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.


Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider if, it comes up. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.


If still a problem restore with your backup.


If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.


If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.


If it's from the USA, you'll have to return it to the USA to get it replaced under warranty.
