Q: Can't burn CD's in windows 8, running Itunes 11.0.2.26

I've recently changed from windows 7, to windows 8 and now find i cant burn cds. If i try, a message instantly tells me that the burn is being cancelled and an unknown error 4310 is displayed... any ideas please?

Also, itunes 11.0.2.26 (the version im running) doesnt display the entire itunes page, as the slider on the right of the screen doesnt show, unless i minimise te screen, then open it again.... HELP!!
