Question

An error occurred while installing the updates.(103)

When clicking the update icon for the iTunes 11.0.2 software update, I get the following message

"An error occurred while installing the updates.(103)".

Anyone with experience troubleshooting this? I operate a MacBook Pro OSX Version 10.8.3.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

While I haven't experienced any issues updating iTunes, you should try manually downloading and installing iTunes (available for download here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/).
