Hi, I am trying to update mmy IPad to Ios6. I have coonected it to my computer. When I goto Itunes and try to update my software it comes up with an error message. I am definetly connected to the Net. I have reinstalled Itunes twice but still get the same message. User uploaded file

Hi James,

I understand that you are able to access the web on your computer, however you are unable to access the iTunes Store. I have found the following resource which may resolve your issue:
