Does an ipod touch 4g warranty cover a dent in the top causing a corner of the screen to poke out?

My ipod was knocked out of my hand from 20 feet high and the result was a dent in the top that is causing the top right bit of the screen to poke out. I can see some of the lights on the inside of the ipod, but everything seems to be functioning correctly. I was wondering if the warranty covers this.
