Q: There was a problem pairing with the I pad. The Pin or pass key is incorrect? Both showing the same code but not connecting ?

I,m having a problem connecting Bluetooth.  I am being paired with my mobile phone and the I pad, but a message keeps appearing "not connected"  the pin or pass key is incorrect ? It,s showing the same code on each machine but not being able to connect?  Please could you solve this problem A.S.A.P.?
