After updating OSX 10.6.3 to 10.6.8, Says "Incompatible Software", but nothing in my Incompatible Software folder

After updating OSX 10.6.3 to 10.6.8, the system says "Incompatible Software", but nothing is in my Incompatible Software folder. AFter reboot, same thing. How do I remove this message? How do I find the incompatible software?
