I bought the plan but cannont find my registration number to upgrade icloud

I paid for 2 years of 24 hour apple icare. I have lost my folder with all the numbers. I just paid apple $20 for more icloud space, but I need help. When I call the apple number on the website, it says closed....after hours. I need the 24 hour # I paid $99 for.
