Trouble redeeming gift card
I entered a gift card into my account and it was accepted, but when I purchase something it just charges my credit card. How do I use the gift card instead?

It is my understanding that if you set your payment method to none in your apple ID account settings you will then be able to use your gift card(s).
To check these settings, go to app store, view acct (or sign in), and check your payment method.
