Hello!
I have an older iMac (not the new skinny ones) and whenever I start it up I get a white screen.
I have tried a few things I read online but nothing has worked so far.
If there is anyway you guys know that will let me at least back up my files to an external hard drive it would be much appreciated.
Other Details:
I have tried letting it sit in an unplugged state for a few hours before attempting to restart
When it's on the white screen and I tap the power button just once it turns off, I don't have to hold it
