Click and Drag using Multi-Touch Trackpad with Boot Camp/Windows

Under Mac OS X, one can click any place on MacBook Pro built-in trackpad with one finger, and then use another finger to drag the window or select a fragment of text.

One can also click the trackpad with two fingers to get Secondary Click, equal to Right-Click using mouse (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3211).

Under BootCamp 5.0.5033 on Windows 8 these two features are mutually exclusive.

If Trackpad->Two Fingers->Secondary Click is enabled in Control Panel/Boot Camp, in order to Click and Drag one cannot click any place on the trackpad. One must click bottom area of the trackpad with one finger, and then use another finger to drag.

If Trackpad->Two Fingers->Secondary Click is disabled, Click and Drag works the same way as in Mac OS X: one can click any place on MacBook Pro built-in trackpad with one finger, and then use another finger to drag the window or select a fragment of text. The two fingers Secondary Click, consequently, becomes disabled.

Does anybody know if there is a way to have both multi-touch Click & Drag (using whole trackpad for initial click) and two fingers Secondary Click under Boot Camp the same way it works under Mac OS X, w/o using 3rd party software?

According to https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2635814, this has been the case since Boot Camp 3.2.
