Is it possible to buy Apple Remote Desktop for 10.6?

I'd like to buy the older version of Apple Remote Desktop to run on 10.6. I think this is version 3 or version 3.2.

Is this possible?

Thanks

powerbook/macbook/macbookpro, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

I do not know the answer to your question, but I would like to make sure you really need Apple Remote Desktop (ARD), and not just Screen Sharing or some form of VNC or remote desktop access.

ARD is designed to manage a classroom of Macs, or lots of Macs in a business environment.

If all you need is the ablity to remotely access a Mac (or 2 or 3), then the built-in Screen Sharing will do that, along with 3rd party apps, such as TeamViewer.com or LogMeIn.com. These apps are great for managing other Macs in your home, or a headless Mac mini, or providing remote support for distant relatives.
