Yes and no. I sugget going to a apple store and secdudle an apointment. Click here for the walk in options to make and appointment. This other link may help too. https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action (go to battery, power and charging) maybe more I dunno. but the first link leads to a link to where you can make an apointment.

Btw, I know I have said this before but, making the walk in store reservation is easier.. if you live close to one.
