If I have games on my Kindle Fire is there any way to transfer them to my ipad?

I have Tiny Co games and Ice Village on my Kindle Fire and my ipad will only use the Apple ID so any games on my new ipad do not allow me to sign into the game with another id. Is there a way around that? The Kindle Fire doesn't let you download to a computer that I know of...
