I Have iTunes on my main computer and my iPhone 5. I just got the iPad 3. I want to know if I can use my iTunes account for all three of them.

You can associate 10 devices to one account.
You can sync as many devices as youn like to your computer.
How do you add another computer. In my account, it shows all of the devices used but doesn't show where to add a device.

You can see what devices and/or computers are associated with your account via the 'manage devices' section of your account, but they will only show there if you've used iTunes Match or automatic downloads on them, or redownloaded past purchases : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 - a maximum of 10 devices and computers can be associated (up to 5 of the 10 can be computers).
