I bought a new MacBook Air 13 and had the data transferred from my old PC at the Apple Store. I'm giving the old PC to my husband and have been trying to "clean it up" a little first. Should I uninstall Windows Migration Assistant now?

It won't hurt. You can always re-load it if you find you need it again.
