Once downloaded a film from iTunes, get message 'Cannot play on this computer' when I try to play, any suggestions

It sounds like the computer may not be able to play the HD version of this movie. For more information, and further assistance, please refer to the following resources:

In short, downloading the SD version of the movie may be the best solution.

Hi Matt,
downloaded version was in SD. have downloaded other films in HD and play ok. Itunes have credited my account, so will have to wait and see whether happens another film.
