How to sync Gmail contacts with iPhone

I just switched to iPhone from an Android phone. How do I sync my Gmail contacts? My iPhone is pulling my Gmail, but I can't figure out how to sync Gmail contacts into my phone contacts.

Hello

I have just switch from android to iPhone. I used to backup my stuff with google accounts,I have signed already to my new iPhone but I cannot retrieve and restore my data from googles account. My contact and WhatsApp chats.

When I install WhatsApp it direct to restore data and chats from my iCloud account which I own it last year.

Hi, I want to know how to sinc my google contacts to my iPhone contacts .i tried to open email settings and added carddav account as well but it didn’t workout .please help
