after a restore from a back up most of my purchased music would not play. I synced and got some back but not all. All purchased songs show and play in itunes. How can I restore all purchased songs?

Some notes disappeared from my iphone 4S so I did a restore from about a month ago. When I played music I found that none of my purchased music would play (81 songs). I re-synced music but there is still 15 songs that wont play. Through all of this ALL songs show and play in itunes library and ALL songs only show on the iphone but will not play. After the sync I got all but 15 purchases to play on the phone. What can be wrong?

Hello noidere,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If you want to download your previous purchases from iTunes, you can do it directly from your iPhone 4S. The following article will get you sorted out.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
