Have iPOD Shuffle 4th.VoiceOver said something and iPOD became unresponsive. Can't seem to recharge now either.

Can you help me? iTunes has recognized my iPOD Shuffle 4th genuntil now. I was using the iPOD when VoiceOver said something that I could not understand. The Shuffle has stopped being recognized in iTunes even when using the same USB port I've used in the past. iPOD Touch works from the same USB port. How can I fix this?

Hello Godhelpme56,

You may want to consider resetting your iPod Shuffle:

If that doesn't get it sorted, I'd recommend taking a look at the following article:

My computer doesn't see my iPod shuffle

  • If you're using a Windows laptop with iPod shuffle, check this article for some important information.
  • If your Windows computer doesn't see iPod shuffle, go here for troubleshooting steps. If your Mac doesn't see iPod shuffle, go here for troubleshooting steps.
  • Disconnect all other USB devices from the computer except for iPod shuffle, and see if it works as expected.
  • Try plugging iPod shuffle into a different USB port on your computer, or try a different computer.

Best regards,

Allen
