Wi-Fi greyed out after 6.1.3 update

Wi-fi just cant be turned on after I updated to 6.1.3. It has totally become greyed out. (no my iphonesisnt jailbroken). I followed all the procedures in DOC-TS1559 but it didnt fix the issue at all. I thought of jailbreaking the phone instead and downgrading it's sofftware but it just isnt possible to do that with this ios anymore. Ive searched a lot of articles about this issue and found out that there are quite a number of users who are having the same problem and who haven't found any fix yet.

So Apple, if you dont want your consumers to revert to getting Androids, you might as well try to fix this.

I always thought that Iphones are the best and have the least issues. Now, Im thinking otherwise.
