Photos on my iPad 3 are taking up space without any photos on it. Photo Stream has been off for months, I deleted every photo on it and it still says I have 735 megs of photos. Anyone know what to do? iPad 3, Wifi, iOS 6.1.2

No, never.
I hate to ask you to sync with the computer now because you may lose all your data if you are not careful.
I'll give it a shot.
Follow this closely if you really want to sync with computer. Otherwise you may lose all your data.
Sync with new computer
Once you have successfully sync to the computer, I strongly suggest you back up your iPad.
How to backup.
Did all that and still no luck.
Right-click on your iPad (on computer) and do a sync followed by a backup.
Just did it and no change.
Have a look at this page on your iTune and see if there's anything unusual (see below)
No, it's not checked. I never synced any photos that way. All my photos are either saved from the web or transferred via a Photo Transfer app.
Suggest you backup your iPad and do a Restore.
Did that last night. It must be backing up whatever it is that's taking up the space.
