I have a phone that I bought refurbished that will not send pictures or video to anyone that does not have an iphone. I bought the phone refurbished and I am using Straight Talk service.

We may need to make sure your device, and the cellular plan you have with your provider, support MMS messaging:

SMS and MMS messaging require an appropriate plan from your carrier for use on iPhone. For more information on how to use SMS and MMS messaging on iPhone, see the iPhone User Guide.
If you know that you do have an active MMS messaging plan with your provider, make sure MMS Messaging is turned "On" in Settings > Messages
