Q: movie

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am writing in regard to the movie I have purchased today, it is called " Le divorce". It couldnt play any more. Could you please help me out here. Why?/ couldnt play anymore. One more question, how do I turn on " subtitle? Thank you.

    For second problem. The following is from the Users Guide, chaper 6

    Watch a video: Tap the video in the list of videos.

     

    •• Show or hide subtitles (if available): Tap X, then choose a language, or Off, from the

    Subtitles list.

    (X looks lke a tv screenw ith a think on bottom

    •• Show or hide closed captioning (if available): Go to Settings > Videos.

     

    For the first problem

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Next try deleting and redownloading by:

    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

    If redownload is not allowed in your country, contact iTunes for a redownload
